We require a major credit card on file with our firm for all orders.
We happily accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover card
for payment. If paying by check, please make your check payable

All Star Dogs Return Policy
All product claims must be received by phone within
7 days of receipt of merchandise. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned to point of origin. Returned merchandise must
be accompanied by our prepaid shipping label, which we will provide
you with once your claim is processed. . Our warehouse
will inspect returned merchandise and a credit will be issued to
your account accordingly for future purchases; we do not issue
monetary refunds under any circumstances. Cost of return shipment
and a restocking fee will be assessed to any non-defective merchandise
credit issued.
Due to health hazards, we cannot accept return of any merchandise
that has been previously shelved for resale in a business place. This
policy is in place due to the nature and function of this type
of merchandise and our business.
All authorized merchandise returns must
include items in the condition that they were shipped in. No
exceptions. If you receive a packing slip with a notice of “Balance of order to follow” you
will receive the remainder of your order shortly. If you wish us
to not fulfill the remainder of the order, it is your responsibility
to notify us of such, otherwise all remaining items will be shipped
when they become available.
Unreturned product not received by our warehouse within thirty days of replacement good delivery will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
All Star Dogs Workmanship Guarantee
Manufacturing defects of any kind
will happily be replaced if reported within 30 days from the
day of shipment. We inspect all our shipments to insure you the
highest quality workmanship on each and every piece we ship.
In the event that an item(s) is defective, please contact your
sales representative directly to arrange for replacement. We
will gladly replace the damaged item for the exact item style
and size. In the event the damaged good is out of stock, you
may exchange it for a different style or a credit will be posted
to your account for future purchases.
First order must be prepaid in full
by Credit card or by check before shipping . If paying
by check please make checks payable to All

We do not provide wholesale pricing directly on our web site. As we do not sell directly to the public, it is necessary to securely provide you with this information via email. Our pricing sheet will correspond directly to our online catalog.

Our products ship from several different warehouse locations, so your order may be split up into more then one shipment.

Yes, we work directly with retailers to supply them with our extensive
line of products. We remove the middleman and added costs associated
with distributorship by providing our clients with the newest and
most extensive product line in the industry at the lowest price.
We do not sell our products directly to the public to create unfair
competition for our clients.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR REORDERS?
Reorders are subject to a $75.00 minimum, not including shipping. Every
style you purchase initially becomes available to you on an open
stock basis for you can replenish your inventory or if you need to,
bring in a full size run assortment for the upcoming season. Reorders
may be placed by phone, fax, or e-mail.
